Course Overview

In 2022, Colorado passed the Fentanyl Accountability and Prevention law. The law’s goal is to protect public health and life through education, increased criminal penalties, and increased treatment for those using fentanyl and similar opioids, such as carfentanil and the benzimidazole group of opioids.

This course introduces you to fentanyl and the effects it is having on people of all ages in Colorado. The reason for this course is to help people understand just how bad fentanyl is and how to get help if they are using it.
